How to Wear:

 

1. Position the support with the smooth side against the skin and place the heel securely in the loop.
2. Pull the support to the side of the foot and wrap it over the top of the foot toward the inside of the ankle. Ensure that the woven area is at the front of the ankle.
3. Wrap the support around the back of the ankle, then toward the front, attaching the hook fastener to the support. Adjust the tension until the desired support and comfort are achieved.

• Close the fastener before washing.
• \Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water, rinse well, and air dry.
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
