The 3M Tegaderm High Performance Foam Non-Adhesive Dressing is a non-adherent wound dressing that can be used as a primary or secondary dressing for low to highly exuding partial and full thickness wounds and under compression. The multi-layer construction of the foam dressing results in excellent ﬂuid management making it absorbent and breathable to reduce the risk of maceration. 3M’s innovative multi-layer technology absorbs and evaporates moisture to maintain an optimal wound healing environment.

Dressing does not stick to wound bed thereby minimizing disruption of healing tissue
Adapts to changing levels of exudate to maintain moisture balance for optimal wound healing

Skin tears and abrasions
Superficial and partial thickness burns
