Action Products Xact® classic cushion is most frequently advised for users
who need assistance with forward and lateral positioning. It has exceptional
anti-shearing and pressure distribution qualities. The laminated foam base and
9/16" Action® cube pad assist the user in maintaining a comfortable, therapeutic
position. Viscoelastic pink foam, which provides better support for bony
protuberances and the gluteal area, is incorporated into the redesigned cushion.

Warranty
Manufacturer warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for the following period:
5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
All returns require prior authorization (RMA) and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The manufacturer will assess whether a cushion is repairable.
We cannot guarantee that a product will meet a specific purpose or requirement, and returns for this reason cannot be accepted.
The manufacturer will determine if a product has been subjected to misuse, negligence, or abuse.
If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
