Action Products Xact® LP2 Cushion is expertly designed for active users and individuals at moderate-to-high risk of pressure injuries. Its low-profile 2” height enables easy leg propulsion, making it ideal for wheelchair users who require a lower seat-to-floor height. The advanced cushion cover minimizes shear forces by preventing forward sliding, enhancing skin integrity and pressure relief. Engineered surface geometry distributes weight evenly, supports preferred seating postures, and helps offload high-risk pressure areas.

The LP2 cushion features a unique construction that suspends the user in a pool of Akton® polymer—a medical-grade viscoelastic material—providing targeted pressure redistribution and enhanced comfort at vulnerable bony prominences. A firm, resilient foam base with integrated back wedges promotes optimal pelvic alignment, supports the greater trochanters, and reduces pressure on the ischial tuberosities. The top layer of Akton® polymer regulates temperature and moisture, helping prevent skin breakdown and pressure ulcers, even during prolonged sitting.

Designed for clinical reliability and everyday ease of use, the cushion includes a contoured leg channel that supports adduction and neutral lower limb alignment, while the lateral leg troughs help maintain stable positioning. A polymer and foam sacral well prevents bottoming out and offers added sacral support. The "COVER CORRECT" orientation window ensures proper installation, giving caregivers and clinicians confidence in secure, effective placement.

• 5 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions not utilizing cube and pebbled technology.
• 2 Years warranty: Wheelchair cushions utilizing cube or pebbled technology.
• The product is not subjected to misuse, negligence, accident or abuse.
• Disposable items, adaptive pads (flat, cube & pebble pads), commode pads, cushion covers and ancillary items are warranted to be free of defective materials & workmanship at the time of initial purchase only.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions are applicable for warranty of this product.
