Directions to use:

1. Press the on/off button once to turn on the device.
2. Choose your vibration mode:
   1. Press again for Low (2 presses total).
   2. Press again for Medium (3 presses total).
   3. Press again for High (4 presses total).
   4. Press again for Variable vibration (5 presses total).
3. A sixth press turns the device off.
4. While seated, roll your bare foot back and forth over the vibrating ball so the acupressure nubs contact the foot.
5. Wear socks if you prefer a gentler experience or are new to acupressure.
6. The device will automatically shut off after more than 10 minutes of continuous vibration.
