The manufacturer warrants this product as under:

• 5 Years warranty on frame
• 1 Year warranty on soft goods
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
• Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.

• We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please note that returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
• Returns for sizes 2 & 3 will incur a 20% restocking fee, while size 4 returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
• We strive to provide quality products, but we cannot guarantee that an item will meet a specific purpose or individual suitability. Unfortunately, this cannot be considered a valid reason for return.
• If an exchange is being processed, the new order must be placed at the same time. A restocking fee of 12% will apply to the exchange.
• All returns require an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.
• Returns without an approved RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package may be refused.
• To be eligible for a return, products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• The return policy is subject to the standard terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
