Advance Plus Closed System Intermittent Catheter is a one-time use, closed-system catheter for intermittent urinary catheterization. It is made of phthalate-free, soft, flexible PVC that does not contain natural rubber latex. The catheter has a smooth eyelet for easy insertion and a user-regulated gel reservoir for catheter lubrication control without the need for additional supplies. A protective tip protects the sterile catheter from bacteria found in the first 15 mm of the distal urethra. The catheter also includes a 1500-mL collection bag with a large handle for ease of use.
