Advazorb Absorbent Non-Bordered Foam Wound Dressing is made of strong, highly absorbent foam and has a breathable film backing. Because of its conformability, patients and clinicians give it a much higher comfort rating than other foam products. The dressing can be cut to fit different applications and wounds of different sizes.

Features:

• Hydrophilic foam is a premium polyurethane foam that effectively absorbs and holds into exudate.
• Bacteria-proof, low friction, thin film backing: This waterproof film backing prolongs the wear time of dressings by minimizing roll-up and preventing dressings from falling off while preventing strike-through and reducing friction against clothing and other bandages.
• Keeps the healing environment moist: The Advazorb foam offers ideal conditions for wound healing with an MVTR range of 2600-2700 g/m2/24 hours.
• Soft and adaptable: increases patient compliance and comfort.
• Adaptable and versatile: It can be cut to size and shape as needed and is appropriate for a variety of exuding wounds, including those that are compressed.

Indications:

• Low to moderate exudate applications.
• Suitable for acute and chronic wounds including: leg ulcers, superficial burns, surgical wounds, cuts and abrasions, pressure ulcers and diabetic ulcers.

Contra-indications:

• Arterial bleeds.
• Heavily bleeding wounds and vascular fungating tumours.
