Additionally, the internal bolster is smaller than a balloon button so it's less likely to block the pylorus, and features an easy-to-use pull-away tether that releases the capsule to deploy the internal bolster. The removal tool may then be used to distend the bolster to a smaller profile. Applied Medical MiniONE G-Tube Obturated Non-Balloon Button offers an internal dome that provides more holes for better feeding and venting, and the feeding sets are interchangeable with the AMT Mini ONE Balloon Button Low Profile G-tube device.
