Arjo Loop Walking Jacket is intended for assisted transfer and rehabilitation of patients/residents with limited ability to move. Gait training, rehabilitation, and ambulation activities can be performed with this sling. The Walking Jacket provides full body support for the patient and a consistent fit.
This sling is intended for assisted transfer and rehabilitation of patients/residents with limited ability to move. It assists therapists and caregivers to support patients with standing, stepping and walking practice. Activities like gait training, rehabilitation, and ambulation can be performed with this sling.
People are made to move and they function best when upright and mobile. Mobility improves dignity, independence, and can lead to improvements in physical and mental well-being. During periods of hospitalization, facilitating mobility helps people recover faster and regain their independence to help them return to life outside the hospital when possible. Using an ambulation sling can give all the important support to the patient, allowing the therapist to facilitate meaningful and realistic activities.
The sling should be used together with Arjo lift devices in accordance with the allowed combination section in the Instructions for Use.
