Armedica AM-350 treatment table is a hi-lo therapy table designed for physical therapists and other healthcare professionals to use with their patients. It has a weight capacity of 500 lbs. and features power-assisted casters for easy maneuverability. The table's height can be adjusted using a footswitch control, which allows the therapist to keep their hands on the patient during treatment.

Armedica AM-350 treatment table also has a three-piece top section that can be positioned to accommodate a variety of treatment needs. The head section can be raised to 45° or lowered to 90°, and it has a contoured face/nose opening for patient comfort. The table also comes with a 1-1/2" firm density foam top and heavy-duty handcrafted vinyl upholstery with Permablock3® bacterial protection for easy cleaning.

• 18 Month warranty on table

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
