Armedica AM-550 treatment table is a power-adjustable treatment table designed for medical professionals. It has a solid 500 lbs. weight capacity and a one-section top with firm-density foam and heavy-duty vinyl upholstery coated in Permablock3, an antibacterial agent for infection control and easy cleaning. The table's height can be adjusted from 18” to 37”, and the head section can be tilted from +45° to -90°. The lower extremity section can be tilted from 0 to 73°, and the armrests can be tilted from +45° to -90°. The table also has four locking casters for easy maneuverability.

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material & workmanship according to the schedule below:

• 18 Month warranty on table

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund

Delivery Inspection Policy:
