Armedica AM-BA 150 treatment table features a steel frame and an innovative bar-activated control that provides hands-free height adjustment all around the table. A solid, one-piece design with one inch of density foam padding and 34 oz. heavy-duty vinyl upholstery is available in 11 stylish colors and treated with Permablock 3 Anti-bacterial coating for patient protection. The table is equipped with four casters that can be locked to keep it stationary during treatment. The frame is built with strong steel tubing for durability and weight capacity.

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material & workmanship according to the schedule below:

• 18 Month warranty on table

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund
