Armedica AM-SX 3500 treatment table is a three-section, electric hi-lo treatment table designed for medical facilities. The head section raises up to 25° and lowers down to 80°. The AM-SX 3500 table has a four-caster base with total-lock swivel casters for stability and easy maneuvering. The table is 27” wide, 72” long, and has a height adjustment range of 18” to 37”. The table's height is adjusted using a foot switch for hands-free operation. It comes with 1.5” of firm-density foam padding upholstered with antibacterial vinyl for patient comfort and easy cleaning. It's known for its exceptional stability, full-height adjustment, and section mobility that allows for proper positioning of patients with minimal effort.

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material & workmanship according to the schedule below:

• 18 Month warranty on table

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
