Armedica AM-711 is a 7-foot long and AM-712 is a 10-foot long floor-mounted parallel bar designed to aid in gait training, balance exercises, and other physical therapy applications. Unlike the platform-mounted AM-707, the AM-711 offers a different set of features to consider:

• Height Adjustment: Adjustable from 26 inches to 41 inches to accommodate a variety of user heights.
• Width Adjustment: Adjustable from 19 inches to 26 inches for customization based on individual needs.

The floor-mounted design offers a sturdy base and may be ideal if a lower starting height is needed.

The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in material & workmanship according to the schedule below:

• 18 Month warranty

• Manufacturer warrants to the original purchaser that each product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to remedy any such defect or to furnish a new or equal part in exchange, therefore.
• Warranty covers components and repairs (labor) indicated below, commencing on date of original shipment.
• Labor coverage may not include replacement or installation of small parts or components.
• This Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship provided the product is used for the normal purpose for which intended.
• The customer shall be responsible for the proper set-up and use of the product.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.
• Manufacturer Service and/or Sales will determine the technical level of service needed and approve labor coverage on a case by case basis.

• No returns accepted after 30 days from date of shipment
• All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
• After two weeks, orders that are cancelled are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
• All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization Number) unauthorized returns will not be accepted
• The products must be in new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/paypal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund

Delivery Inspection Policy:
