Smiths Medical's Bivona TTS Cuffed Pediatric Tracheostomy Tubes have the soft silicone found in all Bivona trach tubes. The TTS cuff (tight-to-shaft) allows the cuff to deflate flat against the tube, acting like a cuffless tube. When fully deflated, this cuff doesn't make the tube's outer size any bigger. Still, you can inflate it partly or fully for different breathing needs. TTS Cuffed Pediatric trach tube usesinert silicone, good for children's sensitive skin and stoma areas. A wire inside the tube helps stop it from kinking. The 'V' neck flange is shaped to fit a child's neck.
