• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, along with any applicable shipping charges.
• All returns require a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before being sent back. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A. The belt comes in two sizes:

• Medium: 1½" wide, 56" long
• Large: 2" wide, 61" long

A. While non-padded for basic positioning, it features soft yet firm proprietary webbing. For extra comfort or prolonged wear, Slip-on Pads (sold separately) can be added for cushioning and pressure relief over the bony pelvis.

A. The push-button buckle is low-profile, easy-to-clean, and built for durability and quick release, making it ideal for daily clinical or personal use.

A. For complex positioning needs like pelvic rotation or sliding, consider upgrading to a four-point belt or Evoflex® system for enhanced pelvic control and safety.
