Bodypoint® PivotFit™ shoulder harness Distributing pressure across a greater surface area than a traditional H-style harness, the PivotFit™ Shoulder Harness has a body-contouring shape for optimal support and a comfortable fit. Curved laminar pads follow the contours of the shoulders and ribcage, with a low-placed sternum strap to reduce the risk of strangulation while providing easy adjustability. The new swivel buckle is twice as strong as competitive models and allows for precise pad placement for an individualized fit. Dynamic Style allows controlled movement to help manage spastic tone, while Standard Style is non-stretch to reduce movement, effective for severe kyphosis, spinal curvature, or trunk rotation
Features
Dynamic Style: Patented, dual-zone stretch enhances comfort by allowing moderate shoulder movement without reducing support at the chest. Ideal for helping to manage spastic tone.
Standard Style: Fixed, non-stretch style reduces movement and has an easy-toclean CORDURA® nylon covering. Effective for severe kyphosis, spinal curvature or trunk rotation.
User Issues: Shoulder rotation, spine stiffness/ pain, asymmetrical head position, scoliosis, kyphosis, lordosis | Product Examples: For maximum shoulder retraction, consider the trimline harness (worn backpack style). For balanced shoulder/sternal support, choose the Dynamic PivotFit™ for more torso movement, or the standard version for spinal curvature and asymmetry. |

Q Which end fitting option should I choose?
A You have to choose flat/cinch, additional hardware options based on what type of chair you have.
Q Do your 4 point harnesses come with front pull or rear pull top straps?
A Can be configured using multi-directional top straps depending on the client's needs.
Q Should I use strap guides with a harness?
A If your backrest height doesn't allow optimal placement, strap guides offer more flexibility and positioning options.
Q Should I choose a two point or a four point upper body support?
A If you are looking for lateral stability during activities, a two-point upper body support may be sufficient. If you require more trunk control and stability, including shoulder retraction, a four-point upper body support would be a better option.
Q How do I determine the size I need?
