CanDo Hand Held Wate Balls are color-coded weighted balls. They offer all the benefits of traditional weight training without using hard-to-hold metal dumbbells. Wate Balls are small and flexible enough to grasp with one hand, yet big enough to hold with two hands. Balls increase in weight from 1.1 to 6.6 lbs. while maintaining a constant 5" diameter. CanDo Wate Balls are soft and comfortably conform to the grasp of the user.
