Instructions:

Dry Heat:

• Slip the cloth cover over the heating pad.
• Plug into any 120 Volt AC electrical outlet.
• Activate the pad as instructed on the back of the box.

Moist Heat:

• Saturate the sponge with warm tap water and wring out excess water.
• Place the heating pad and sponge into the cloth cover.
• Plug into any 120 Volt AC electrical outlet.
• Activate the pad as instructed on the back of the box.

Care Instructions:

• Set the controller to OFF.
• Unplug the pad from the wall outlet.
• Hand wash in warm water and line dry.
• Do not plug in the pad until it is dry.
• Store in a cool place when not in use.
• Do not dry clean, bleach, or use a wringer.
