Instructions:

Dry Heat Therapy:

• Plug the power cord into a 120-volt AC electrical outlet.
• Set the controller to the desired setting.
• Place the pad on the area to be treated.
• Press the OFF button and unplug the power cord when finished.

Moist Heat Therapy:

• Unplug the pad from the wall outlet.
• Dampen one side of the heating pad with a spray bottle, sponge, or cloth. (DO NOT immerse the heating pad in water or place it under running water. DO NOT spray water on the connector.)
• Follow Dry Heat Therapy steps 1 and 2 above.
• Place the dampened side of the heating pad on the area needing heat.
• Press the OFF button and unplug the power cord when finished.

Care:

• Set the controller to OFF. Unplug the pad from the wall outlet.
• Pull out the connector and disconnect the power cord. (DO NOT pull the cord.)
• Machine wash the pad in warm water on a gentle cycle; tumble dry on medium heat. Remove promptly from the dryer. Or hand wash in warm water and line dry.
• DO NOT plug the pad until it is dry.
• Store in a cool place when not in use.

• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customers expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
• Hygiene, bath and toilet items cannot be returned once opened or used.
