CareAll Zinc Oxide Ointment Skin Protectant helps heal, soothe, and prevent diaper rash while providing a protective barrier for minor skin irritations.

Active Ingredient: Zinc Oxide 20%

Uses:

• Helps treat and prevent diaper rash
• Protects chafed skin due to diaper rash and helps seal out wetness
• Protects and dries the oozing and weeping of poison ivy, poison oak, and poison sumac
• Helps prevent and temporarily protect chated, chapped, cracked or windburned skin and lips

Warnings:

• For external use only.
• When using this product avoid contact with the eyes.
• Store between 15° to 30°C (59° to 86°F)
• Keep out of reach of children.
• If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Stop use and ask a doctor if:

Condition worsens or does not improve within 7 days. This may be sign of a serious condition

Directions:

• Apply ointment liberally as often as necessary.
• For the treatment of diaper rash, change wet and soilled diapers promptly.
• Cleanse the diaper area and allow to dry.
• Apply with each diaper change, especially at bedtime or anytime when exposure to wet diapers may be prolonged.
