How To Apply

1. Clean and rinse the wound in the usual manner.
2. Remove the release paper exposing the dressing using sterile technique.
3. Place the Vitale Foam Dressing on the moist wound. The foam contact layer should cover the wound bed. Do not stretch the dressing while applying.
4. Cover non-adhesive dressings appropriately.
5. Change dressing as directed, when the foam is saturated, or at least every 7 days.

Usage Guidelines:

• Type: Primary dressing.
• Exudate Levels: Moderate to heavy drainage
• Wound Stages: II-IV
• Indicated Wound Types: Pressure Sores, Arterial Ulcers, Venous Ulcers, Skin Donor Sites, Diabetic Ulcers, Second-Degree Burns

• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund.
