• The manufacturer provide Lifetime Limited Warranty to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the date of purchase to the original purchaser.
• The warranty shall be voided upon transfer of ownership of this product.
• Manufacturer agrees to repair or replace this product, at its discretion and at no charge, within the warranty period provided and that manufacturer consents the unit is defective.
• This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear.
• The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories, casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
• Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
• Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipment date.
• A restocking fee of 25% apply upon return of the product.
• All returns must have an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number; unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
• The products must be in new, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any applicable credit card/PayPal processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
