Manufacturer warrants this product to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship to the original consumer/purchaser from the date of purchase under the following:

• Aluminum Frame Warranty: 10 Years warranty (Structural Only)
• Steel or Wood Frame Warranty: 5 Years warranty (Structural Only)
• Laminate, phenolic or plastic frame Warranty: 3 Years warranty (Structural Only)
• Foam and Upholstery: 2 Years warranty
• Electrical Components: 2 Years warranty
• Labor Warranty: Labor covered on repairs in 1st year
• Moving components, hardware, accessories, and custom printed upholstery and graphics (excluding Rolling Stools with Full Color Graphics - RS-LOGO, MRS-LOGO): 1 Year warranty
• 6 Months on Rolling Stools with Full Color Graphics (RS-LOGO, MRS-LOGO)
• Exceptions: Portable Aluminum Table (5 Years Structural Only)

• The manufacturer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages or delay, including damages for loss of income or loss of use.
• This Warranty does not include damage resulting from accident and expressly excludes normal wearing of parts or deterioration due to normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper set-up or storage, defect caused by transportation, accident, fire, flood, alteration, abuse, misuse, or negligence.

Any obligation of the manufacturer under this Warranty shall automatically and immediately terminate, without notice from or any further action by manufacturer and the manufacturer shall have no responsibility for damages of any kind as a result of the occurrence of any of the following:

• Alteration or obliteration of any identifying marks.
• Accident, misuse, abuse or negligent use of the products or any component thereof;
• Any repair or alteration of the products or any component thereof made outside manufacturer authorization;
• Failure to provide normal maintenance for the products or any component thereof in accordance with the product operating manual;
• Improper installation, setup, or operation (including both mechanical and electrical) of the Products or any component thereof, which includes operation of the Product not in accordance with the product’s operating manual;

Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost. Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.

Order Cancellation Policy:
Because PHS Medical products are made-to-order, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee depending on the production stage at the time the request is received. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order so we can review the status and advise accordingly.

Delivery Inspection Policy:
We kindly ask that you inspect all shipments upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, you have the right to refuse the package. Once the delivery is accepted, Medicaleshop cannot be held responsible for damages.

Q. How does this Classroom/Lab Treatment Table work for both classroom and therapy training?
A. The hardwood frame and flat laminate top provide a sturdy desk for classroom use. For therapy training, you can add the optional 2" vinyl/foam pad, which attaches with hook-and-loop fasteners for quick conversion into a treatment table.

Q. Is the laminate surface durable enough for daily use?
A. Yes, the high-pressure laminate top is scratch- and stain-resistant, making it ideal for busy classrooms and labs with minimal upkeep.

Q. Can the table be moved easily within the facility?
A. While the standard model is stationary, optional 3" locking swivel casters can be added from the Accessories section for easier mobility.

Q. Is there built-in storage on the Classroom Treatment Table?
A. Storage cubbies are available as an optional upgrade. Two open cubbies can be added for storing supplies, though this reduces stool clearance from 31.5" to 27".

Q. Is this lab table accessible for wheelchair users?
A. The table offers 31.5" of clearance without cubbies, but it is not ADA-compliant or height-adjustable.

Q. Does the table arrive fully assembled?
A. No, assembly is required. Instructions are included, and basic tools and assistance may be needed for setup.

Q. Can the Lab Treatment Table be customized to match my facility's decor?
A. Yes, you can choose from oak or maple wood finishes, multiple laminate top colors, and vinyl pad color options. Custom wood stains are also available upon request.
