Coloplast Assura Pediatric 2-Piece Barrier is specially designed for children, offering a small baseplate size and reliable protection with Coloplast’s trusted spiral adhesive. This pediatric-friendly barrier pairs with Assura’s 2-piece mechanical coupling system, giving parents and children extra confidence through a secure lock with an audible “click.”
The spiral adhesive provides strong adherence while protecting sensitive skin by absorbing excess moisture. The mechanical coupling allows the pouch to be rotated to the most comfortable position—standing, lying down, or emptying—without removing it from the barrier. Pouches can also be changed more frequently than the barrier, offering both convenience and cost-effectiveness.
This versatile system works with pediatric-sized drainable, closed, or urostomy pouches and can also be used with adult-sized SenSura or Assura pouches for broader pouching options.
