ComfySplints elbow hand thumb orthosis is a versatile two-part internal frame orthosis that enables the simultaneous extension of the elbow and hand, considering upper extremity flexion synergy. Designed to accommodate pronation and supination, it enhances the range of motion and functional positioning while preventing flexion contractures. Fully adjustable, it allows the supinated hand to be rotated for a neutral alignment, making it ideal for gradually extending clenched fingers, wrists, or hands and aiding with spasticity. The orthosis is useful in; the treatment of deformities caused by CP, CVA, disuse atrophy or neurological disorders.
