ConvaTec Eakin Cohesive Skin Barrier is moldable and absorbs moisture. The cohesive skin barrier protects the skin from stoma output while also keeping the pouch in place. The purpose is to protect the skin from contact with bodily fluids and is used to protect the skin from body wastes and fluids when it is damaged, excoriated, or vulnerable. The formulation of Eakin Skin Barriers is the same as that of Eakin Cohesive Seals.
