Instructions

• Microwave Heating: By heating the product in the microwave for 10 seconds
• Gradual Heating: If needed, continue in 5-second intervals until reaching the desired
• Shake After Each Heating: Knead it after each heating session to ensure even distribution of heat
• Cleaning: Wipe the product  by clean cloth as needed
• Avoid Soaking: Do not soak the pack in water or any other liquid
• Machine Washing: Refrain from placing the pack in the washer or dryer to maintain itsffectiveness
• Caution: Avoid overheating, as it may cause injury. The pack will maintain therapeutic temperatures for 20-30 minutes
