• 5 4 in. x 4 in. Gauze
• 5 CORFLO PEG Adapter

Instructions

• Close adapter caps.
• Cut the PEG tube squarely.
• Wipe the end of the PEG tube.
• Untwist the skirt from the adapter.
• Put the PEG tube through the narrow end of the skirt.
• Push the PEG tube onto the barbed end of the adapter.
  • IMPORTANT: PUSH OVER BARB UNTIL TUBE STOP IS REACHED.
• Twist and push the skirt on until the skirt stop is reached.
