Fitting Instruction for Hip Flexor Support

• Place weight on uninjured leg with the affected limb relaxed and slightly rotated outward
• Starting with the contoured end of the neoprene wrap at the upper front of the thigh,wrap at a 30 degree downward angle towards the outside of the leg
• Overlap the starting point and wrap again around the thigh
• Bring the wrap across the lower back and over the hip on the opposite side of the body from the starting point
• Wrap around the lower abdomen and continue to the Upper thigh

How to wear this Hip Brace?
Fitting Instruction for Groin Support
1. Place the weight on the uninjured leg with the affected limb relaxed and slightly rotated inward. Starting with the contoured end of the neoprene wrap at the upper part of the inner thigh, wrap towards the back around the thigh.
2. Overlap the starting point and wrap it again around the thigh. Bring the wrap across the abdomen and over the hip on the opposite side of the body from the starting point.
3. Wrap around the lower back and continue to the Upper thigh. Use a hook and loop to attach at the thigh.
