Cutimed Siltec L is a thin, sterile, silicone-coated absorbent polyurethane foam dressing with integrated superabsorbent stripes designed to effectively absorb and lock in wound exudate. The wound contact layer adheres gently to the surrounding skin but not to the moist wound bed or newly formed epithelial tissue.

How to use:

• Ensure the surrounding skin is clean and dry.
• Select an appropriate dressing size that covers the wound and overlaps the wound edges.
• Open the pouch and remove the dressing aseptically.
• Peel off the protective film and apply the adherent side to the wound surface.
• Avoid stretching the dressing during application.
• Secure with an appropriate secondary fixation if required.

How to remove:

• Carefully remove any fixation materials, gently lift from the wound, and discard it.

Wear time: Cutimed Siltec L can remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound condition and exudate saturation.
