A. The Anterior Head Support is designed to gently lift the chin and provide lateral head support, helping manage chin drop and head positioning in individuals with poor head control. It offers added stability and comfort, especially when used with a chest support.

Q. How do I choose the right size for the Anterior Head Support?
A. Sizing is based on neck circumference and the distance from the shoulder to the bottom of the ear. Refer to the chart below:

• X-Small: 8"–10" neck, 1.5"–2" shoulder-to-ear
• Small: 9"–12" neck, 2"–3" shoulder-to-ear
• Medium: 11"–14" neck, 2.5"–4" shoulder-to-ear
• Large: 13"–17" neck, 3.5"–5" shoulder-to-ear

Q. Can this head support be attached to a seat or headrest?
A. The Danmar Anterior Head Support is not designed to mount to a seat or headrest. It must be used as a standalone or supplemental support in conjunction with other positioning aids.

Q. What materials are used, and is it comfortable for long-term wear?
A. Yes, it's built for comfort. The support is made with vinyl-coated foam in Casa Tan and includes removable soft cloth covers. A padded roll on the rear strap helps reduce pressure and increase user comfort during extended use.
