Derma DuPad Abdominal Pad

Derma DuPad Abdominal Pads are sterile, ABD wound dressings that are used to dress post-surgical wounds and large wounds. The pads contain cellulose fibres, which absorb and disperse fluids laterally, reducing pooling and maceration. The backing is comprised of a hydrophobic substance that prevents strike-through and to avoid linting, all corners are sealed.

Dupad abdominal Dressing is a 3-layer pad with a super absorbent structure for optimum absorption that wicks away exudate and avoids strikethrough. Abdominal pads collect wound fluids and act as a moisture barrier. You can cut abdominal pads in half, but make sure to tape the open side well to prevent lint from getting into the wound bed.
