DeRoyal Wide Mesh Gauze Burn Dressing are used for absorption, padding and debridement. They can be dipped in a medicated solution or coated with a cream or ointment prior to application. DeRoyals wide mesh dressings are available in a variety of sizes and thicknesses and can also be manufactured according to your specifications. DeRoyal uses a unique method of die cutting to keep lint and loose thread to a minimum.
