How to Use the PulmoNeb LT

 

1. Ensure the power switch is OFF.
2. Place the compressor on a flat, sturdy surface with vents unblocked.
3. Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
4. Wash hands thoroughly.
5. Attach one end of the tubing to the compressor outlet.
6. Assemble the nebulizer (add medication and attach mouthpiece or mask).
7. Turn the compressor ON to begin treatment.
8. Inhale slowly and deeply; exhale through the mouthpiece or mask.
9. If a break is needed, turn the unit off and place the nebulizer in the built-in holder.
10. After treatment, switch the device OFF and unplug.

Note: High-humidity conditions may cause condensation inside the tubing.

 

How to Clean the VixOne Nebulizer

 

• Disassemble nebulizer parts (except tubing).
• Wash with hot water and mild detergent.
• Disinfect by soaking in hot water + white vinegar solution (3:1 ratio) for 30 minutes, or use a medical-grade germicidal solution.
• Rinse with hot water and air-dry completely.
• Store in a clean zip-lock bag.
• Replace reusable nebulizers every 6 months and disposable nebulizers every 15 days.

 

Compressor Maintenance

 

• Turn off and unplug before cleaning.
• Wipe outer casing with a clean, damp cloth every few days.

 

Filter Replacement

 

• Replace the filter every 6 months or when discolored.
• Pull the filter out and discard—do not wash or reuse.
