How To Use It:
STEP 1: Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
STEP 2: Insert the orthotics into your shoes with the fabric side facing up to test for size. Trim along the outline if necessary to match your shoe size.
STEP 3: Ensure the orthotic lays flat against the bottom of your shoe, especially in the toe area. Continue trimming as needed for a proper fit. Replace orthotics every six months or at the first signs of wear for optimal performance and comfort.
