Its 4 layers of therapeutic foam provide superior pressure redistribution with less cradling and additional support at higher levels of compression. Defined heel section composed of patented Lura Quilt foam at a 25 degree slope redistributes pressure away to the entire leg and away from the vulnerable heels.
