An infant’s well-being depends on carefully following the directions below. Proper hygiene, preparation, handling, and storage are essential when using infant formula. Use only as directed by your baby’s healthcare provider. Consult your baby’s doctor regarding the need to boil a clean nipple before use. Always inspect each bottle for any signs of damage.
- Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before preparing the bottle.
- SHAKE BOTTLE WELL and remove the cap.
- Attach nipple unit (not included).
NOTE: While nutrient levels per 100 Calories remain unchanged, diluting Enfaport with water lowers the nutrient concentration per fluid ounce. Consult a healthcare professional regarding dilution needs and appropriate feeding volumes.
WARNING: Do not use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns may occur.
Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe harm.
Opened bottles and prepared formulas can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or recap and refrigerate at 35–40°F (2–4°C) for no longer than 24 hours. Do not use an opened bottle if left unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. Do not freeze. Once feeding begins, use the formula within 1 hour or discard.
