ExcelSAP Silicone Super Absorbent Dressings absorb and retain more than foam, making them ideal for daily dressing changes at home. Available in bordered and non-bordered formats, these super absorbent dressings manage drainage effectively and provide comfort. ExcelSAP s gentle silicone ensures secure application and easy removal, perfect for patients needing frequent changes due to high drainage or personal preference.
Indications:
ExcelSAP is indicated for management of moderately to heavily exuding wounds, including:
- leg ulcers
- pressure ulcers
- diabetic foot ulcers
- dehisced surgical
Directions for use:
- Clean and debride wound.
- Choose appropriate dressing size, overlapping wound by 2 cm.
- Apply absorbent pad (or silicone layer for bordered) to wound.
- Secure non-bordered dressing with bandage/tape; bordered adheres to skin.
- Change daily or as needed for moderate/heavy exudate.
- Gently remove to avoid trauma.
Precautions: Avoid on dry wounds, eyes, mucous membranes, cavities, or third-degree burns. Consult a healthcare provider.
