The L&R ExoSoft Upper Extremity Arm Sleeve delivers 20-30 mmHg of graduated compression and is easy to put on. It provides moderate containment for people with mild to moderate lymphedema or edema. Rated the highest among circular-knit sleeves by therapists and DMEs in a single blind trial. Made from breathable, soft material, the sleeve features wide bands at the wrist and axilla to help the sleeve stay up and resist rolling. Plus, the sleeve is machine washable and can be dried in the dryer. Available in black or beige to fit your preference. You can choose between a traditional knit top and a silicone top that offers extra grip to keep the sleeve in place. The short length fits arms up to 43 cm long while the long length is for arms over 43 cm long.

How to Put on ExoSoft Arm Sleeve:

1. Fold the top half of your Exo arm garment inside out so that it is overlapping the lower half. ExoStrong garments have an outside seam that should be aligned with the outside of your wrist.
2. Slide your hand inside and gently pull your garment up to your elbow.
3. Ease the garment up your arm a few centimeters at a time, smoothing out creases as you move upwards.
