Exuderm LP Hydrocolloid Wound Dressing is designed for all stages of wounds, providing a protective, low-profile solution that encourages natural healing. Indications:

• Pressure injuries
• Partial- and full-thickness wounds
• Leg ulcers
• Donor sites
• Wounds with light drainage
• Lacerations and abrasions
• first- and second-degree burns

Contraindications: Not suitable for third degree burns.

How to Apply:

1. Remove Exuderm LP from the package and select a dressing approximately 1.5 inches larger than the wound.
2. Peel away one side of the paper liner and place the dressing over the wound and surrounding skin.
3. Remove the remaining liner and smooth the dressing over the wound to ensure secure adhesion.

• Do not re-sterilize
