• Pain Reduction: The dressing's components work synergistically to modulate the inflammatory response and inhibit nociceptor activity, providing significant pain relief and reducing the need for additional analgesics. ​
• Antimicrobial Silver: Incorporates small particle elemental silver that remains within the dressing, providing antimicrobial protection without releasing silver into the wound bed. This helps manage bioburden and supports healing in wounds at risk of infection. ​
• Multifunctional Polymeric Membrane: Combines a hydrophilic polyurethane matrix with a mild wound cleanser, moisturizer, superabsorbent, and semi-permeable film backing. This design facilitates continuous wound cleansing, maintains optimal moisture balance, and supports autolytic debridement.
