Gentell Calcium Alginate Ag Silver Dressing is an advanced antimicrobial
wound dressing designed to absorb large amounts of wound exudate while providing
continuous silver ion release for infection protection. Made from soft,
fiber-structured alginate, this sterile dressing forms a soothing gel upon
contact with wound exudate, helping maintain a moist healing environment. Ideal
for managing infected, chronic, and exudating wounds, it supports faster healing
and easy, pain-free removal during dressing changes.
Features & Benefits:
- High Absorbency: Uniformly absorbs and retains up to 20 times its
weight in wound exudate, keeping the wound bed clean and balanced.
- Antimicrobial Protection: Controlled silver release provides
broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, reducing the risk of infection.
- Odor Control: Helps minimize wound odor commonly caused by
bacterial growth.
- Moist Healing Environment: Forms a soft gel upon contact with
exudate, supporting optimal healing conditions.
- Easy Removal: Non-adherent gel ensures atraumatic dressing
changes and enhanced patient comfort.
