• Attainment's GoTalk products are warranted for a period of Two (2) year from the date of delivery.
• This warranty covers material and workmanship defects or defects in the manufacturing process for two years from the original date of purchase.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns beyond this period.
• We do not guarantee fulfillment of any desired purpose or product suitability to the user and this will not be considered as a valid reason for return.
• A restocking fee of 20% will be charged to cover inspection, handling and repackaging.
• A Return Authorization (RA) Number will be issued and must be clearly marked on all cartons and correspondence.
• The products must be new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging and returned at the customer's expense in the original packaging.
• If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund
• Any damage due to use, mishandling or improper packing of the return will be noted and deducted from the credit issued.

A. To change modes, hold down the Record Mode button using a pen or small object. You'll hear: 1 beep for 4-message mode, 2 beeps for 9-message mode. The colored LED will also help indicate the selected level. This makes it easy to tailor the device to your user’s current needs or schedule.
