Urgo Restore Foam Wound Dressing without Border helps to prevent damage to newly formed tissue during dressing removal. It has TRIACT technology which helps create a moist, wound healing interface and is used for absorption of moderate to heavy exudate, protection of difficult wound sites and peri-wound skin and bony prominences, and patient comfort. It is indicated for moderate to heavily exuding acute and chronic wounds.
