Hollister Universal Catheter Access Port (UCAP) is a device that allows you to place a drainage tube or catheter through a wound drainage collector or ostomy pouch without compromising it. The UCAP is made of a clear, flexible plastic and has a sharp, pointed tip that creates a hole in the pouch or collector. The hole is then covered with a transparent, adhesive membrane that allows the drainage tube or catheter to pass through without leaking.
