This cushion requires zero maintenance, providing peace of mind to users. The Matrx PSP cushion features a PS foam base that provides stability and support, combined with a polymer overlay that adds extra protection and shear reduction. This foam cushion is designed to off-load pressure from the hips and thighs, promoting support and stability. Additionally, the Matrx Posture Seat Polymer cushion includes the Startex inner cover to provide extra moisture protection.

Warranty
Manufacturer warrants this product as under:
- Two years warranty
- Manufacturer will not warrant parts damaged by improper installation and/or repair on the part of the individual owner or normal wear & tear.
- Manufacturer does not warrant parts damaged by neglect, accident or misuse, nor parts altered or serviced by an agency not authorized by the manufacturer.
- Parts under warranty will be covered at no cost.
- Any labor cost for service under warranty is not covered as per our terms of sale.
- Standard manufacturer terms & conditions apply for warranty of this product.
Return
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee.
- A Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
- Products must be in new, unused condition, untampered with, and returned in their original packaging at the customer's expense.
- If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, the original shipping cost and any credit card or PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refund.
- For health and safety reasons, hygiene and bath products cannot be returned.
- Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- The return policy follows the standard terms and conditions set by the manufacturer.
