The iWALK 3.0 Hands-Free Crutch is an easy-to-use strap-on crutch that gives you pain-free, hands-free mobility for injuries below the knee that don't require weight bearing. Get an iWALK3.0 now to put an end to the discomfort, instability, and inconvenience that come with using standard crutches. The greatest mobility aid for independent people, iWalk3.0 is economical, simple to install without the need for tools, and straightforward to use.
You can use iWalk crutch if:
Compliance
- You commit to following the instructions for fitting and use before your first use (Watch videos)
- You're willing to spend at least 5-20 minutes to let your body learn and adapt to using the iWalk crutch
Pre-injury ability
- You have average strength and balance
- Pre-injury, you could walk normally without a limp, shuffle, etc.
- Pre-injury, you could go up or down stairs without requiring a handrail for balance or support
Capacity
- You weigh 275 lbs. or less
- You are between 4'10" and 6'6", see sizing for specific length limits
- Maximum thigh circumference (at top of leg) is 28” (71cm) or less
Other requirements
- Your injury is to one leg only
- Your injury is below the knee
- You have full functionality in your uninjured leg
- You can bend your injured leg 90° at the knee (casts and boosts are OK)
Improvements in iWalk3.0
Height adjustment:
- Height adjustments for upper crutch are now on both sides vs only the right side for 2.0. This increases stability and reduces noise. and lower crutch feature external adjustment clips – no more lost springs inside tubes.
- Height adjustment for lower crutch is now external. No more stiff springs like in 2.0.
Upper assembly:
- Thigh Support surface area increased by 30% for increased stability and comfort. Thigh Support pads are thicker and use an improved high resiliency foam for better comfort and durability.
- Thigh Supports feature numbered settings to assist in dialing in the perfect fit. Thigh Support has spring loaded ratcheting mechanism for faster fitting.
- Thumb screws are 89% larger to make it easier to lock down the Thigh Supports.
Knee platform pad:
- Knee Platform pad has built in channels for increased airflow to promote cooling. Knee Platform pad is thicker with an upgraded high resiliency foam for greater comfort and durability.

- Knee Platform has built in recess to accommodate tibial tuberocity, Osgood-Schlatter or other protrusions of the upper tibia.
Strap system:
- Upgraded closed cell foam padding
- Velcro closures to facilitate initial fitting
- Soft, breathable Tricot fabric is more comfortable
- Locking buckle prevents straps from getting lost
Buckle & strap features:
- Quick release buckle for faster on / off
- Round strap mounts allow 24 degrees of rotation
- Spring loaded no-slip buckles (for the dual tensionlock buckles)
- Color coded straps – More intuitive – Black for length adjustment, Blue for tension / loosen (on/off)

The manufacturer warrants its product to original purchaser as under:
- For any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 120 days from the date of purchase.
- If product is found to be defective, the manufacturer may repair or replace, at their discretion, any defective parts at no cost.
- Customer may be responsible for shipping costs of replacement parts.
- Warranty is limited to original purchaser for the time limit specific above and is not transferable.
- Manufacturer will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss or damages of any nature whatsoever, howsoever caused by the manufacturer, its failure to work, or any other incidental or consequential damages.
- Warranty does not cover defects resulting from accidents, damage while in transit, alterations, unauthorized repair, failure to follow instructions, misuse, normal wear and tear, negligence, fire, flood, and Acts of God.
- This warranty is the only and is in lieu of all other warranties or conditions, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties or conditions or merchantable quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages may not be allowed in some areas.

Return
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment.
- All returns are subject to a $20 Restocking fees.
- All returns must have an RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization) unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- The product must be a new, unused condition, not tampered with, in original packaging, and returned at the customer's expense in original packaging.
- All returns of crutch products must be repackaged according to the repackaging instructions:
- If your return is not due to any manufacturing defect then the original shipping cost and credit card/PayPal processing fee will be deducted from the total refund.
