Kerramax Care Gentle Border Super-Absorbent Adhesive Dressings are a range of super-absorbent dressings that absorb and retain high volumes of wound exudate. The unique wicking layer evenly distributes serous and viscous fluid both horizontally and vertically throughout the dressing, utilizing the full absorption capacity and helping to prevent bulking. Exudate is locked away, including bacteria and MMPs helping to create an optimal environment for wound healing. It is secured with an outer foam layer with a gentle silicone adhesive border. Kerramax Care Gentle Border Super-Absorbent Adhesive Dressings offer an advanced method of absorbing exudate from wounds utilising Exu-SafeTechnology built into the dressings’ core. This super-absorbent core absorbs and retains moderate to high levels of fluid away from the wound bed protecting delicate wound tissue and surrounding skin whilst helping to reduce the risk of maceration, even under compression.
